This guide is for merchants to move “Pending Orders” to “Paid Orders” by themselves without needing the buyers to check out.
Under "Orders" drop down, select "Pending Orders"
Locate the Pending Order with “Pending” status that you want to manually move to Paid Order
Click on the “Approve” under the column “Action” at the right side of the order that you want to move
Fill up the buyer’s delivery details and type "PAID" in the last field to confirm this command
DONE! Buyer's order will be move to Paid Order.
