This guide is for merchants who want to filter only a certain amount of orders based on some categories such as product code, delivery method, cart amount and other categories.
Step 1. From “Pending Orders” tab
You can find the advanced filter in Pending Order section by clicking on “More Filter” button
You can choose which filter you want to use, set the values and click show results
Note: You can apply more than one filter.
Step 2. From “Paid Orders” tab
Under the Paid Orders, there are additional drop down functions and buttons that can be used to filter your order. To apply the filters, you can click on the drop down and then tick the option/ filters

If you want additional filters, you can click the “Advanced” button

Here are the filters that you can use in advanced Filter:
Bundle Deals - Filter and show order that has the selected bundle deals inside
Customer Name - Filter based on the buyer name. Refer to the name that buyer use to add product to their cart
Start & End Date - Filter based on the time the cart is created for “Pending Order” and based on the time of cart payment for “Paid Order”
Delivery Groups - Filter the order based on the shipping group that buyer selected
Platform - Filter the order based on Platform and live/ post from which the cart is created
Product Groups - System will filter order that has product from the Product Groups that is selected
Selling Codes - Filter based on the product code, system will show all the carts that has the product code that you selected
Shipments - Filter order that has single shipment or multi shipment (Regular delivery method and Delivery Group)
Status - Filter based on the status of the order
Total Amount Range - Filter based on the total amount of the cart
Payment Method - Filter the order based on the payment method that buyer use to check out
Recipient Name - Filter based on the recipient name that buyer fill during check out
Tags - Filter the order based on their Tag
Reset - Remove all the filters that you already apply
