You can send a single reminder to the buyer within a 24-hour window after the buyer’s cart was created and the buyer clicked "notify me" within the same 24-hour window. It's crucial to make the message content distinct among message variants to avoid being flagged as spam by Facebook (Message #1, #2, #3).
