This guide is for setting up a cart expiry function, allowing you to set a checkout countdown from when carts are created.

Step 1. Go to "Checkout Display" under “Message Center” tab and toggle on the “Cart Expiry”

Step 2. Enter the time limit for the cart before it expires

Examples:

1 day = 24:00:00

1 hour = 01:00:00

30mins = 00:30:00

30 secs = 00:00:30

Note: maximum expiry time is 1 month = 72 hours = 720:00:00

Step 3. Remember to click “Save” once you are done

Under “Pending Orders”, you will see the “Expiry” column countdown

You can reset the cart expiry countdown as well
