This guide will assist you in syncing your Facebook Pages to your Dashboard

When do you need to sync your Facebook Page?

• If under Live Selling you are unable to see any pages

• If your page’s token has expired, we unable to sync your recent posts from Facebook and you will see this error - Your Pages Token has Expired

Step 1

Use your own facebook account and go to the link:
‍https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&section=active

Make sure you login to the related Facebook account. In this section, you should be able to see "Upmesh Live" listed as a business connected to Facebook.

Step 2

Remove the app “Upmesh Live”

Step 3

Logout of Upmesh Dashboard and login again with your admin account.

You will be directed to re-authorize Upmesh to capture comment from Facebook.

After the above steps, you should be able to select your most recent post for comment capturing.
