Delivery Settings Configuration

This guide will walk you through the process of configuring delivery options for your buyers. Delivery settings are divided into two sections:

  1. General Delivery Setting
    In this delivery section, you can create delivery methods that apply to all products in your store.
  2. Custom Delivery Groups (Shipping Group)
    Custom Delivery Groups allow you to create delivery methods specifically for certain products. Once a product is added to a Custom Group, the methods in the General Delivery Setting won't be applicable to those products.

1. General Delivery Setting

Step 1. Go to "Delivery Settings" > “Click on "Create Delivery Method

 Step 2. Fill in Delivery Method Name, Delivery Region, and Additional Information (Optional)

     - Delivery Method Name: Enter a name for the delivery method. This name will be visible to your buyer during the checkout process. Delivery options are displayed in alphabetical order (A-Z).

   - Delivery Region: Specify the delivery region, whether it's limited to one specific country like SG/MY/PH/TH/VN or for Global delivery. You can set up shipping calculation methods for specific regions within the country and/or worldwide.

   - Additional Information (Optional): Provide any additional information or notes that your buyer should see during the checkout process.


Step 3. Choose the rate type for the delivery method

Flat-rate: This option involves setting a fixed price for the delivery. You'll need to define the following parameters:

- Cart Value Range: Define the range of cart values for which this delivery method applies.
- Delivery Fee: Specify the delivery fee for this method.

-  Add Tier (if applicable): If you have different pricing tiers based on other factors.


- Weight Base: First Weight and Additional Weight
- First Weight: Enter the initial or base weight of a package. 

- First Delivery Fee: Set the delivery fee for the initial weight.

- Per Additional Weight: Additional fee for every additional unit of weight added.

- Additional Delivery Fee: Specify the fee for any extra weight beyond the initial weight.

     

        

Step 4. The last step is to click the "Create" button.

2. Custom Delivery Groups

Custom Delivery Groups allow you to create delivery methods specifically for certain products. Once a product is added to a Custom Group, the methods in the General Delivery Setting won't be applicable to those products.

Step 1. Go to "Delivery Settings" > Click on "Create Custom Delivery Group."


Step 2.
Fill In Delivery Group Name and Note to Buyers

Delivery Group Name: Provide a name for the Custom Delivery Group, which will help you identify and manage these specific delivery options.

Step 3. Add Applicable Products

3A. Add Applicable Per Products click “Add Products


To add the products to the Delivery Group you can search the product by Product Name/Selling Code on the search bar and simply check the boxes next to the products you wish to add and then click "Confirm."



3B. Create a custom delivery group for a specific Product Group


To start to create you can click on “Product Groups


Tick to select the product group you want and tick to select the product and click “Confirm


Step 4. Set Delivery Method and Rates


You have the option to configure the delivery methods and rates for this group, choosing between Flat Rate or Weight Base (First and additional weight).
*refer back to (General Delivery Setting, Step 3. Choose the rate type for the delivery method.)


Step 5. The last step is to click the "Create" button.
