Product sold statistic (Remaining stock, Bidding, In cart, Paid, Out of Stock)
Reserved Stock Visibility: Easily view and manage the quantity of items reserved for customers, ensuring clarity on inventory status.
Out of Stock Bidders Management: Efficiently handle bidders for items that are currently out of stock.
Sellers can manage inventory at the product level from both the Live Selling and Product sections.
This feature helps businesses manage inventory more effectively by checking items in carts that are reserved or out of stock, ensuring accurate availability for all customers.
Terminology:
Remaining stock: The quantity of items still available for purchase
In cart: Total number of items added to carts, including reserved and paid items
Paid: Orders for which payment has been completed.
Reserved: Products that have been added to a cart but not yet paid for
Out of stock: Items that are no longer available for purchase
Here are the detailed instructions and available actions within this latest feature
Access to sold list
Method 1: Access from Live Selling
Navigate to the Live Selling Module > Select a specific post or live session > Choose a product and click on the icon in the sold column to view the "Sold List."
Method 2: Access from Product Module
Navigate to the Product Module > Choose a product and click on the “Sold List” icon in the sold column to view the "Sold List."
Upon clicking on the "Sold List" button, it will display the same interface as the one seen in the Live Selling section.
Accessible Functions
1. Increase the quantity bid by each customer directly from this page
Note:
Seller is able to increase the item bid by the customers directly from this page (as long as it’s still available) by clicking the “+” icon for the specific customer.
Once quantity is added, click on Save. System will auto send notification to the customer.
2. Decrease the quantity bid by each customer or to remove undesirable bidder and release the stocks to another specific customer
Note:
To decrease the quantity, click on the minus (-) icon.
Use the "trash bin" icon to remove the item from the customer's cart.
After making changes, click the "Save" button to confirm
3. Change remaining stock (both for Available to reserve more or for Sold Out products to give items to more customers)
Initially, the seller can view both the Remaining Stock and items In Cart
To modify the stock quantity, click on the pencil icon to enter editing mode, input the desired amount, then click the Save button.
4. Add new bidder for the specific product
Note:
Merchant can add a new bidder for the specific product directly from this page
To add, click on Add Bidder and enter the customer’s name.
Customers eligible for manual addition here are those who have previously logged in to checkout on the seller's page.
5. Out of Stock Status
Note:
The system will display a list of customers who bid but didn’t obtain the items, tagging them as "Out of Stock" (OOS)
Sellers can manually adjust this list by adding more stocks for OOS buyers or deleting undesirable buyers to release the stock to others
When the seller allocates the item to an OOS buyer, the system will automatically notify the buyer, and their status will change from "Out of Stock" to "Reserved."
