[Increased privacy] Some buyers than feel uncomfortable bidding publicly may prefer to send messages directly. Scammers also would not be able to view bidders and comments to send buyers fraudulent payment links.
[Higher Average Order Value] Buyers can use this feature to make add-on purchases through chat.
Step-by-step guide
Go to Live Selling > Capture Settings
Toggle on Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messenger Settings
If a buyer messages the page a valid code pattern, a cart will be created or the product will be added to an existing cart. IMPORTANTNOTE: The setting is on for ALL pages connected to the dashboard.
