Promo Code provides a financial incentive, a discount to encourage customers to complete the transaction.
Part 1: There will be 2 types of promo codes available:
Fixed amount
A fixed amount promo code gives the customer a specific discount (e.g. $2 Off) on their purchase.
Percentage off
A percentage discount promo code offers customers a discount based on a percentage of the purchase value.
Part 2. There will be 2 options for requirements on setting up a promo-code
Minimum spending
Specifies the minimum amount a customer must spend on their purchase before they can apply the promo code to receive the discount.
Example: Get $5 off your order when you spend $100 and above.
Minimum quantity
Specifies the minimum number of items a customer must purchase before they can apply the promo code to receive the discount.
Example: Buy a minimum of 2 items and get 10% off your purchase.
Part 3. Promocode is now stackable with bundle-deal discount
Promocode can be set to stackable with bundle deal discount (for specific products set by merchant). Simply by ticking the option while setting up the promo code.
Here are step by step guide to create the promo code:
Step 1. Go to "Promotion" > Select "Store Promo "> Click "Create Promo Code" button
Step 2. Fill in all the details
2a. Input the General Information
Promo Code(Compulsory) - The code that customer will use to get the discount
Active Time (Compulsory) - Timeline for the promo code to be active
Promo Name (Optional) - Internal reference to manage the promotion event
Total Code Limit (Optional) - The amount of the code available for usage
Usage Limit per Buyer (Optional) - The limit usage allowed for each buyer to use
Never Expires - When the box is checked, it will only show the start time

2b. Input the Conditions & Reward
Select the promo condition
Select the reward type
Fill in the amount of the condition and the reward
Note: Once the Promo Code has been activated, Promo Code, Start Time, Requirement and Reward section is non-editable. Please check carefully before creating the Promo Code.
Step 3. Select the applicable products for the promo code
The promo code can be eligible for all products or specific only according to the seller’s preference.
Once done > click on Create
Step 4. Promo code display
Promo code display will include the Active Code and Expired Code.
Active - If the start time = or > current time, the status of the promo code is ‘Active’.
Expired - When the promo code comes to the end time, the status will change to ‘Expired’.
