This guide will cover how sellers can set up a Lucky Draw. Sellers can now customise and launch a Lucky Draw directly from the Live-Selling section, specifically for certain Live sessions or posts.
Go to Live Selling > Set up new comment capturing or choose an existing one > click on “Lucky Draw”
Set-up the “Participant Rule”
We now have 5 rules sellers can choose for the draw:
- Liked the post (buyers who liked the specific post)
- Left any comments (buyers who commented anything in the specific post)
- Commented valid product codes (buyers who commented any valid product code from seller’s inventory)
- Commented specific keyword (buyers who commented specific keyword that seller set)
- Customised participant list (list of buyers that seller’s set up manually and uploaded)
Set the winner quota and manage actions in the participant list. Sellers can adjust the winner quota by clicking the '-' or '+' buttons as needed
Sellers can take several actions in the 'Participant List' by clicking the 'View List' button. They can search for a buyer's name using the search bar or remove a specific buyer by clicking the bin icon next to the buyer's name
After setting the conditions, winner quota, sellers can click the 'DRAW' button to start the Lucky Draw
Once the system completes the draw, the seller has two options:
