Free gift: Gift product that sellers have set up in Bundle Deal
Redemption Limit: Also called ‘Total gift stock’. It’s number of stock assigned for free gift in bundle dealssome text
Total gift stock <= Remaining selling stock
Redeemed gift stock: The number of free gift items claimed when a cart qualifies and cart status is in pending verification or paid
Remaining selling stock: Also called ‘Remaining’/’Remaining stock’, this is the number of items still available for sale. It is calculated as:some text

Step-by-Step Guide
1/ Access the Free Gift Section
Navigate to the “Promotions > "Bundle Deals” section in your dashboard. Create a new bundle deal.
2/ Fill in the required details
Bundle Name
Condition: Min spend / Min quantity / Quantity
Rewards: select “Free Gift” from reward types.
Gift: Select a product to use as gift and assign stock for that gift using Redemption Limit (also called “Total gift stock”)
Select applicable products for the bundle deal
3/ Editing a Free gift bundle deal
Once a free gift bundle deal has been created, these fields are allowed to edit:
Bundle name
Active time
Redemption limit
Applicable products
Sellers can deactivate or duplicate a bundle inside a bundle deal
4/ Monitor gift stock at product management
If a product includes free gifts, there is a gift icon at the “Total stock” column in product management. When hovering over, you can see “Total gift stock” & “Number of gifts redeemed”
5/ Free gift at checkout screen
In the checkout screen, free gifts are labelled with a "Free Gift" tag and their price is reduced to $0
6/ Free gift in export reports
In reports, free gifts are displayed as following:
Product name: from normal product
Selling code: from normal product
Quantity
Price: $0
Cost: Cost of normal product
Subtotal $0
Managing Gift Stock
Before campaign
Product A10: Remaining selling stock = 20
Set up a bundle deal with gift is product A10 & total gift stock = 10
-> Remaining selling stock = 20 - 10 = 10
During campaign
If a cart is eligible for free gift, this table shows how the stock change based on the cart's status:
After campaign
If a bundle deal is deactivated or expired and still has 5 gift stocks left
-> remaining gift stock get released & added back to remaining selling stock
-> Remaining selling stock = 10 + 5 = 15
FAQs and Common Questions
Q: What happens if the free gift stock runs out?
A: When the gift stock runs out, the promotion will automatically end, and buyers won’t be able to receive the free gift during checkout.
Q: What happens if an active bundle is deactivated while gift stock is still available?
A: The remaining gift stock will be released and added back to the remaining selling stock.
Q: Can I update the free gift in the "Edit Cart" screen?
A: Currently, you can't edit free gifts in the "Edit Cart" screen. If the shop is out of gift stock, please inform your buyer.
