Create membership programs to build loyalty with your buyers. Allow your buyers to earn points with each purchase and earn benefits when they reach new membership tiers!

1. Go to "CRM" tab > "Memberships" 
2. Setup how buyers earn points from amount spent at Checkout (E.g. every $1 spent, buyer gets rewarded 50 points)

3. Setup Membership Tiers and rewards to encourage buyers to reach milestones
   • Click on "Add a new Tier" 
   • Customise the name of the tier (E.g. Silver, Gold, VIP) 
   • Select the number of points required to reach that tier
   • Add rewards - Buyer Credits, Permanent $ discount or Permanent % discount
4. You can toggle on/off the program at any time. When off, buyers will not earn points from checkout.
   • For "Pending for Verification" carts, points will be allocated when you approve the buyers cart
5. When buyers successfully checkout the cart to paid, they will receive points they can view in the Buyer App.
