This feature allows sellers to blacklist specific buyers, preventing them from bidding or making any transactions on the seller's page.
How to “Blacklist” a buyer from Upmesh dashboard:
Go to CRM > Blacklist
Click on “Add to Blacklist”
The system will display the latest 10 commenters and you can also search the account then click the "+" icon next to the buyer you want to blacklist
After adding an account to the blacklist, that account will appear on the list.
In the Live Selling section > in a session details screen > under Comments, any comment from a blacklisted buyer will be marked with a "blacklisted" tag.
To remove buyers from “Blacklist” list, click on “Remove”
