Buyer Credits are store credits ($) that buyers can use to offset their total checkout amount. They are an excellent tool to help increase buyer retention and loyalty.
Some ways in which you can use buyer credits:
Reward buyers with credits when they hit membership milestones (Setup Loyalty Points to use credits as a Membership Reward
Host lucky draws and reward buyers with credits
Refund buyers for collected deposits
Refund buyers for unfulfilled orders
Note: Only customers who signed in to checkout will be eligible to Buyer Credits
Give buyers credits
Go to “CRM“ tab > “Credits Management”
On the Overview page, click "Change Credits".
Select All or Customer’s name, input credit amount and reason
Alternatively, locate the customer name and use "Pencil" icon on the right to edit.
Click Credits Log to view all past Credit Transactions
