Go to Product Management > click “Mass-Create”
Download the template & prepare your data
Note: Please do not delete any columns in the template. You may hide irrelevant columns.
Product Name – Rows with the same product name will be considered as variations of the same product. Keep the product name concise (suggested characters less than 50).
Product Description – A short blurb with additional information.
Selling Code – Assign a unique selling code to each product. Customers will use this code during the live stream to make an order (character limit: 20).
Price – Provide the retail price in the local currency, and ensure it’s a positive number.
Stock – Fill in the available stock quantity for customers to purchase.
If a product has variations such as different colours or sizes, use the same “Product Name” for all product variations. Define your variations with the following information:
A product can have up to 2 Variation values and 30 Variation Values per type.
Drag and drop your saved Excel file or click on “Upload” to browse and select your file
Click “Proceed” to initiate the file upload process
If the file has been uploaded successfully, you will receive a success message confirming the creation of your products.
If the product mass-create fails, you will receive an error message identifying the rows that do not meet the validation criteria for upload. Please fix the errors according to the required format and re-upload the file.
Note: Occasionally, if the Excel file you upload contains “ghost” data (when you have filled in and deleted data within a cell), the system will reject the file even if all fields are correct. In this case, please delete the rows with “ghost” data and re-upload the file.
