The analytics feature will help you to view key performance metrics and trends over time to help you make data-driven decisions for your business. Only Paid Orders are included in the analytics.
Step 1. Access Business Insights from the menu.
Step 2. Filter your data
Select the page(s) that you would like to view insights for
Alternatively, select others for carts that are manually created or generated from Catalogue.
Select your desired date range
The data displayed will be based on when thecustomer added the product to the cart instead of when the customer checked out.
Select how you would like to view the trend graph - by Post, Day, Week, Month (depending on your date range selection)
Step 3. View your Performance Metrics
Live Sessions: The number of Live Sessions with that captured sales
Items Sold: Number of items sold
Unique SKUs: The number of unique selling codes that generated sales
Buyers - the number of facebook commenters
Members - the number of buyers that logged in to Checkout and can participate in your membership or credits program.
Total sales: Total merchandising value sold, before deducting for bundle deals and promo code discounts
Step 4. View your Product and Buyer Insights
Product Insights allows you to view best selling items by sales or by quantity sold. Download the report for the full list of SKUs sold.
